There are so many people in my life that have helped me realize just how called I am to go into mission work.  I have an amazing family and a church family full of encouraging friends.  However my whole life I have looked up to my sister most of all.  Her name is Martha Griffin and she is nineteen years old.  She herself has already gone on many mission trips including places like India and even Africa with an FYM team from AIM.  I can look at her and see her love for God shining through and I really hope people can see the same in me. I am so happy that unlike some sisters, especially being five years apart, that she and I are so close and can talk about everything.  This really made things easier when the panic stage of realizing what God asked me to do kicked in.  Martha is there for me with everything and I thank and love her so much.

  1. Wow! Such a window to my own life! My sister and I are four years apart, she being the older one. And just like you, she has inspired me to do a lot more than just the regular things in life. She also was the person who encouraged my faith, and helped me along the way. Its great to see that happening in someone else’s life!

  2. It is such an incredible honor to watch your daughters grow in the Lord and stand ready to go where He leads them! There truly is no better place to be than the place where God has called us! I am praying for you Anna, and I have complete trust in the Lord who lives in you!
